When the Body Feels Better at the “Wrong” Time

Rhythm mismatch and fatigue are often confused, but they reflect different issues.

Fatigue relates to depletion and reduced capacity.
It responds primarily to rest and recovery.

Rhythm mismatch persists even when rest is sufficient.
The issue lies in timing, not energy availability.

When the body feels capable but poorly synchronized, rhythm mismatch is the more accurate description.
