Intermittent Clarity

Intermittent clarity describes a state in which periods of bodily ease or mental sharpness appear sporadically.

These moments are real and noticeable,
yet they do not persist or follow a predictable schedule.

The body briefly feels lighter, clearer, or more coordinated,
before returning to its prior state.

Intermittent clarity is defined by temporary alignment, not by sustained recovery.
