Adaptive Pattern

Adaptive pattern describes a state in which the body reorganizes itself around persistent constraints.

Rather than resisting discomfort or instability,
the system adjusts posture, movement, rhythm, or tolerance to accommodate them.

This adaptation may reduce acute disruption,
yet it often narrows variability or flexibility.

Adaptive pattern is defined by structural adjustment, not by restoration.
