Load-Sensitive State

Load-sensitive state describes a condition in which the body reacts disproportionately to small demands.

The load may be physical, cognitive, or social,
and may appear minor by external standards.

What defines this state is not weakness or lack of effort,
but reduced tolerance: the threshold for disruption is low.

Load sensitivity is defined by disproportionate response, not by the size of the demand.
